Healthy leaves of the medicinal plant S. china were collected from LongQuan County of Zhejiang Province, China. Strain ZJLQ129 was grown in 1 L Erlenmeyer flasks containing 500 mL potato dextrose broth (PDB, 40 L in total) medium. The flasks were cultured without shaking for 14 days at room temperature.
