| Experiment Detail |
Stems (0.5-1.0 cm in diameter) of Kennedia nigriscans ) were obtained near the Aboriginal community of Manyallaluk, SE of Katherine, Northern Territory, Australia, at 14° 16′ 352″ S and 132° 49′ 750″ E. Several small blocks of PDA containing the streptomycete were inoculated into 500 ml PD broth in a 2 l Erlenmeyer flask and incubated for 3 weeks at 23 ℃ without shaking.
