               Experiment Detail
Authenticated M. champaca was collected in the Chemistry Institute, Sao Paulo State University (UNESP), Araraquara, Sao Paulo, Brazil, in April of 2004. Endophytic fungi were isolated from the leaves, stems and roots of healthy, adult M. champaca, which was subjected to surface sterilization. C. gloeosporioides was cultured on a larger scale and inoculated into six Erlenmeyer flasks (4 L), each containing PDB medium (3.0 L), and incubated at 25 °C on rotary shakers at 150 rpm for 28 days.
