Healthy shoots of D. officinale plants were collected in Yandang Mountain, Zhejiang Province, PR China. DO14 was inoculated in Erlenmeyer flasks with potato dextrose broth (PDB) and incubated on a rotary shaker (180 rpm) for 7 days at 28 °C.
