1. Search for Species Origin
In the field of “Search for Species Entries”, users can find their interested species by typing a species name. Users can also find source species by searching species families by choosing a species family and its related species in the “Search for Species Entries by the Family of Species” field.
By clicking the “Search” button, the related species information page will be displayed. Users can check the detailed information of a particular species by clicking the Species Info button.
Then the detailed information of species is shown below; the first part is the general information of species, the second part is the content variation of natural product induced by different factors, and the third part is the reference of the related experiment.
Then by clicking the Factor Info and NP Info button, the detailed information of factor and NP will be displayed, respectively.
2. Search for the Natural Products
Three search types are provided. In the field of “Search for Natural Product Entries”, users can input the name or formula of a certain compound. More specifically, users can choose a class of natural product, then choose a natural product under the selected class in the field of “Search for Natural Product Entries by the Class of Natural Product” or choose a particular species, then select the natural product under the species in the field of “Search for Natural Product based on Species”.
By clicking the “Search” button, brief information about the selected natural product will be shown. Users can check the detailed information of the NPs by clicking the NP Info button.
Then the details information of NP is shown below; the first part is the general information of NP, the second part is the content variation of natural product induced by different factors, and the third part is the reference of the related experiment.
3. Search for the Factor
Three search types are provided. In the field of “Search for Natural Product Entries”, users can input the name or formula of a certain compound. 4. Download the Full Data of NPcVar from A Variety of Customized Links
NPcVar provides functions for downloading all NPcVar data from various customized links.
