The healthy leaves of Elaeocarpus decipiens Hemsl were collected at Cuiping Hill on the campus of China Three Gorges University. The Aspergillus versicolor (No. 65) was cultured on a solid rice medium (140 g rice + 70 g bran + 200 mL tap water) in ten 3000 mL Erlenmeyer flasks at room temperature for 40 days.
