Anvillea garcinii (Burm.f.) DC. (Asteraceae) was collected in March 2013 from the plant wildly growing at campus of Al-Azhar University. The fresh culture was transmitted into rice solid cultures (15 Erlenmeyer flasks, 1L each). The cultures have been incubated under septic conditions for 30 days at room temperature.
