               Experiment Detail
Leaves of Senna spectabilis were collected in the Araraquara Cerrado area, in June 2001, Araraquara, Sao Paulo state, Brazil. The strain CL-06, identified as Phaeoacremonium sp., was inoculated in a Petri dish containing potato dextrose agar and incubated for 7 days. After this period, preinoculi were incubated in potato dextrose broth (5.6 L, total volume) and incubated at 160 rpm, under controlled temperature (25 °C) for 28 days.
