The plant Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. (Celastraceae) was collected in the botanical garden of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, Hubei province, China, in July of 2014 (Summer). The strain was collected from the root of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. (Celastraceae) in August of 2014 (Summer). The fungal strain was fermented on a potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium at 28 ℃ for 5 days to perform the seed cultures. Then, the PDA medium was cut into small pieces (approximately 0.3 cm × 0.3 cm × 0.3 cm) and inoculated into 200 × 1000 mL sterilized Erlenmeyer flasks containing 300 mL distilled water and 300 g rice, and cultured at 28 ℃ for 30 days.
