               Experiment Detail
The fungus Aspergillus micronesiensis was isolated from the root of the traditional Chinese medicinal plant Phyllanthus glaucus, collected from LuShan Mountain, Jiangxi Province, China (2015). The strain was cultured on potato dextrose agar (PDA) for 5 days to prepare the seed culture. Agar plugs were inoculated into 150 sterilized Erlenmeyer flasks (1 L), each containing 200 g of rice and 200 mL of water. All flasks were incubated at 25 ℃ for 5 weeks.
